Ongoing outsourced HR support for growing businesses that need more structured employee administration and management guidance. Best suited to businesses with up to 25 employees. Includes: • Up to 10 hours of HR support per month • Everything included in HR Essentials • Recruitment administration and interview coordination • Drafting job descriptions • HR policy and process support • Disciplinary documentation preparation • Probation and performance review administration • Monthly HR tracker and summary report • Two scheduled consultation meetings per month Additional work is billed at R700 per hour.
